Hello, my name is Don Damborg and I am the Director of Christian Counseling here at Peace Lutheran Church. Peace offers professional, Christian counseling for a variety of issues such as:

    Fees:

    For Peace Lutheran Church Members: “Sliding Scale” – 1/10% of combined, gross annual household income – with a $10 minimum. (For example, if your household income is $45,000 /year, your counseling fee would be $45.

    For non-members: $90/hr.

    About Don:

    Don Damborg is the Director of Christian Counseling at Peace Lutheran Church. He is a registered psychotherapist with the State of Colorado, and is working toward his State License in marriage and family therapy (LMFT).

    He has a master’s degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University and a two-year, post-master’s certificate in marriage and family therapy from Denver Family Institute. He also specializes in working with marriage and family issues, and uses a highly effective therapy with couples who are separated and/or on the brink of divorce.

    His clinical experience includes:

  • Inpatient hospitals (suicide ideation therapy / substance abuse / sever mental Illness)
  • Outpatient drug/alcohol treatment centers (sober living homes, addictions recovery)
  • Christian counseling centers (individual, couples, family, and community counseling)
  • Private practice (marriage and family therapy)
