I and my parents have read the policies found in the “Mission Trip Handbook” and agree to support the goals of the “Disciples Unlimited Mission Trip – 2024”. I also commit to work on fund raisers to help Peace Lutheran Church – Disciples Unlimited as a group to go on the “Disciples Unlimited Mission Trip – 2024” and understand if I do not, there will be there will be additional cost on my account balance as outlined in “Mission Trip Handbook.” I commit to making my three trip payments on time as the Director of Student Ministry must make payments timely to the organization we will be traveling and serving with. If I am unable to do so, I will communicate promptly with Lauren Von Rentzell.
