The Best is Yet to Come
Dear Church Family,
What an incredible year it has been at Peace Lutheran Church! As we look back over the past twelve months, our hearts overflow with gratitude for how God has moved among us. We have witnessed lives transformed, community deepened, and faith put into action in profound ways. Together, we have lived out our mission, and it is a joy to celebrate the harvest of this wonderful year of ministry.
Here are just a few of the remarkable ways God has worked through our congregation:
- New Life in Christ: We celebrated numerous baptisms this year, welcoming precious children of God into the church family and witnessing the beautiful beginning of their lifelong faith journeys.
- Hands-on Mission: In a powerful display of servant leadership, 92 individuals from our church traveled to build homes, providing shelter and sharing the love of Christ with families in need.
- A Growing Family: Our pews and our hearts grew larger as we officially welcomed 75 new members into the Peace Lutheran community.
- Deepening Roots: Our community stayed anchored in the Word through a season of exceptionally strong Bible study engagement, fostering deep theological reflection and personal spiritual growth.
- The Next Generation: We experienced vibrant growth in both our youth and children’s ministries, filling our hallways with energy, laughter, and a passion for discipleship.
While we celebrate these milestones, we know that milestones are not endpoints. They are launching pads. This past year of fruitfulness is a testament to God’s faithfulness and your radical generosity, prayers, and service.
As we look toward the future, we do so with high anticipation. God is not done writing the story of Peace Lutheran Church. We are stepping into this next season with hearts wide open, ready to follow where His Spirit leads. We can’t wait to see the new doors He will open, the lives He will touch, and the ways He will continue to use us to bring peace, hope, and healing to our community and the world.
